‘We Have Taken Over PDP’ — Anyanwu After INEC Recognises Wike’s Faction
INEC recognizes Sam Daddy Anyanwu’s Faction of the defunct Party People’s Democratic Party – PDP. It seems the drama is far from over as the electoral body formally recognizes a faction of the former party secretary who was laid off duty by strong holds of the party late 2025. What could be a fight to finish in the race for a Presidential candidate which many believe to be working for the president of Nigeria – Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Recall that notable members of the PDP left the party for greener pastures sighting conspiracy and infiltration by Mr President who is a member of the APC.
What is strange is that the APC now possess Thirty-one (31) out of Thirty-six (36) States in Nigeria and clearly with many accusing the ruling party of not playing fair.
One wonders what awaits come the presidential election in Nigeria later this year as E-transmission will not be the exclusive method for collation of results nationwide.
