Terrible State of Obinze FUTO Junction Road
The Imo State Government has constatntly neglected Obinze-FUTO Junction road up until the school’s entrance for years and this post is by no mean politically motivated in any way.
We call on relevant authorities to out this road to order as it connects Host Communities of Federal University of Technology Owerri (Obinze-Ihiagwa-Eziobodo Communities), Port Harcourt, Owerri City Axis.
It must be stated that there has been serial cases of kidnapping along this road thanks to the bad condition which makes it easy for criminal minded people to carry out operations while escaping into nearby bushes and doing away with their victims. Scores of dead bodies were recently recovered in the bush during a combing exercise by local security operatives as the Police and Army reluctantly refused taking action over time.
